This website and the DLG Member membership are operated by Dawncircle S.L., with tax number B88753165 and registered address at Carrer de Pelai, 48, 1º 2ª, 08001 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: legal@dlgmember.com.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "DLG" mean Dawncircle S.L., which operates under the DLG Member and DLG International brands. "You" means the person buying or holding a membership. "Membership" means the DLG Member product you purchase (Platinum or Black) for the season stated at checkout.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, and that you are 18 years old or over. Memberships are not sold to minors.
A DLG membership is a season access product, not a ticket, not a subscription and not a club affiliation. It is personal, nominative and non-transferable. It is valid only for the season shown at checkout and expires automatically at the end of it, with no renewal and no rollover of unused benefits.
The Spring 2027 season starts on 11 January 2027 and ends on 31 May 2027. Your membership is valid for those dates only and expires automatically at 23:59 on 31 May 2027, with no renewal and no rollover of unused benefits.
That period is 20 weeks, which is the figure used to calculate any proportional refund under section 5.
The moment your payment goes through, and at your express request, your place is reserved in your name and withdrawn from sale for the rest of the season. Nobody else can take it, whatever happens to demand or to the price of later tiers. That reservation is the service you are paying for at that moment, and it is performed immediately.
The benefits of the membership itself (priority access at our nights, perks across the partner network) run from 11 January 2027 to 31 May 2027.
The membership credential is a physical wristband, and it is required to access our nights. Digital access in the app does not replace it: without the wristband there is no entry. Collection is therefore mandatory, not optional.
It is collected in person at the pickup event at Luz de Gas Barcelona on the afternoon of 11 January 2027. You must bring valid photo ID matching the name on your order. The exact timings are announced during December 2026 by email and on WhatsApp.
If you cannot attend the pickup event, you may collect your wristband at our office on any weekday during opening hours, for the remainder of the season. Write to us first so we can have it ready.
Collection is your responsibility. We announce the pickup in advance and we hold your credential for the whole season, but we cannot chase you and we do not deliver. If you do not collect it:
Your credential is a personal access instrument for the whole season, not a printed card. It is what proves your identity as a member at our nights and at every partner in the network.
If you lose it, or it is stolen, report it to us immediately. We block the lost one so that nobody else can use it, and we issue a replacement. The replacement fee is €242, VAT included (€200 plus VAT at the current rate of 21%), payable before the new credential is issued.
This fee covers blocking the lost credential, reissuing your access rights across the whole partner network and the administrative work involved. It exists because an unreported credential can be used by a third party for the rest of the season. It is not a charge for wear: a credential returned to us damaged but complete is replaced at no cost.
You remain responsible for any use made of your credential until the moment you report it lost.
You must be able to identify yourself as a member (app, member card or QR) and show valid photo ID matching the name on the membership. We may refuse access to anyone who cannot do both. Sharing, lending, reselling or transferring a membership voids it without refund.
Your membership works in three defined places, and only there:
The current list of residencies, venues and partners is the one published on our website and in the DLG Member app at any given moment. That published list, and not any earlier version, is what applies.
Venues, nights, days, line-ups and partners can and will change during a season. A venue may close, lose its licence, change management, change its conditions or end its agreement with us, and a partner may leave the network. When that happens we may move a night to another venue, replace it with an equivalent one, or replace a partner with another.
We will communicate any such change to you in advance where possible, by email, on WhatsApp and in the app. A change of venue, night, day, line-up or partner does not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part, provided the membership as a whole remains available to you. You are buying access to the DLG programme for the season, not to one specific venue or one specific partner.
If a single event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, for any reason, this does not entitle you to a refund of the membership or any part of it. A membership is not a ticket to any individual event. Where a specific event is cancelled we will normally replace it or announce an alternative, but we are not obliged to hold any given number of events.
This does not apply to a separately purchased product, such as a trip or a paid ticket bought outside the membership, which follows its own conditions.
This section exists because it is the single most common misunderstanding, and it is binding.

|---|---|
|
Priority access at DLG's own nights and events, meaning the weekly residencies and any DLG pop-up event announced as such. Perks and discounts at partner venues, on the terms each partner sets. Access to the DLG Member app and the member area for the season. |
Any right of access to nightclubs, bars or venues in Barcelona that are not DLG events. Guestlist at third-party venues, where offered, is a perk subject to that venue's own conditions and capacity, never a guaranteed entry. Drinks, tables, bottles, food, transport or accommodation, unless expressly stated. Entry when a venue exercises its right of admission, or when you are refused for conduct, dress code or lack of ID. |
We hold member spots at every one of our nights, so getting in is not something you normally have to think about. That is the whole point of the membership.
What no membership can override is the law: every venue is an independent business, with its own right of admission and a legal capacity limit it has to respect. On the rare occasion a venue is at that limit, or door staff refuse someone for conduct, dress code or lack of ID, that is the venue's decision and not a failure of the membership, and it is not refundable.
It means a separate, faster line for members at our own nights, and that we hold spots for members. It does not mean instant entry with no wait at all, and it does not override the venue's door.
Each partner sets and applies its own perk, on its own conditions, and partners can change or leave the network during the season. If a partner does not honour a perk, tell us and we will sort it out with them or replace it. A single partner failing to apply a perk is not a failure of the membership and is not a ground for a refund.
The DLG Member app is provided as it is and we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. If the app is down when you need it, your membership still works: your wristband gets you into the nights, and our team can confirm your membership at the door or at a partner.
All prices are shown in euros and are final prices with VAT included. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged to your card, with no taxes or fees added afterwards. Payment is a single upfront payment for the full season. There is no instalment plan, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal.
An invoice is available on request to legal@dlgmember.com, quoting your order reference.
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., our payment service provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are handled by Stripe under the PCI DSS standard: we never see, receive or store your full card number. We keep only the transaction reference, the card brand and its last four digits, for accounting and for defending payment disputes. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Those are charged by your bank, not by us, are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
You can move from Platinum to Black during the season. Write to us and we will arrange it, charging the difference between what you paid and the Black price in force at that moment. Downgrades are not available, and upgrading does not reopen any right of cancellation.
Memberships are sold in price tiers. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Tiers rise as they sell out. A later or earlier tier price does not entitle you to a refund, a top-up or a price adjustment.
What binds us is what is published on this website at the moment you buy, together with these terms. Anything said to you by an ambassador, a promoter, a partner venue's staff or anyone else, in person or in a message, does not extend the membership and does not create any right beyond what is published here.
If someone told you something that does not match this page, write to us before you buy and we will confirm it in writing.
Discount codes are validated at checkout and cannot be applied after payment. Codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Memberships are non-refundable. Your place is reserved in your name and taken off sale the moment you pay, at your express request. Before you pay, you tick a box confirming that you want that to happen straight away and that you understand it ends your right to withdraw.
Not collecting your credential is not a ground for a refund. The membership is reserved in your name and the season runs whether you pick it up or not.
If you are a consumer contracting at distance, Spanish and EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. Two legal exceptions apply to this product, and you accept both at checkout:
If you do not want immediate access, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase. Contact us instead and we will explain your options before you pay.
We refund when the failure is ours:
If we cancel the season entirely, we refund the proportional part corresponding to the weeks not yet run. The weeks you have already had access to are considered enjoyed and are deducted, whether or not you attended.
The calculation is: price paid, divided by the 20 weeks of the season, multiplied by the number of full weeks remaining from the cancellation date. Discounts are applied to the amount actually paid, not the list price.
A membership of €449 over the 20-week season, cancelled at the end of week 8. Twelve full weeks remain, so the refund is €449 ÷ 20 × 12 = €269.40.
Refunds under this section are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation announcement, with no need for you to request them.
This applies whoever or whatever causes the cancellation, including events outside our control such as venue closures, public health measures or acts of authority. In those cases our obligation is limited to that proportional refund: we do not owe compensation for anything beyond the price of the membership itself.
Refund requests must be sent to refunds@dlgmember.com from the email address used at purchase, with the order reference. We respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
If you have a problem with your membership, contact us first. We answer quickly and we would rather solve it than argue about it.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first, when the service has been delivered and accepted under these terms, is a breach of this agreement. In that case:
Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer to dispute a genuinely unauthorised transaction, or to claim where we have actually failed to provide the service.
We photograph and film our nights, and we publish that material on our website, our social media and in the app, to show what our events are like and to promote future ones.
By attending a DLG event you accept that your image may appear in that material, taken in a general way as part of the crowd. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in documenting and promoting our own events, and there is no payment attached to it.
If you do not want to appear, tell the photographer at the event or write to legal@dlgmember.com with the date and a description, and we will remove the image from our own channels as soon as we reasonably can. Content already shared by third parties is outside our control.
We never publish images where a person is the clear individual subject, or in a compromising situation, without asking them first. Anyone who appears to be under 18 is not photographed, and any such image is deleted.
Membership is conditional on behaving lawfully and respectfully towards staff, other members, venue personnel and the public. We may suspend or terminate a membership with no refund where a member:
Alcohol. Our events are 18+ and venues serve alcohol under their own licence and their own responsibility. Nothing in your membership entitles you to be served, and door and bar staff can refuse service at any time. Being refused for that reason is not a failure of the membership and is not refundable.
You may stop using your membership at any time. Doing so does not generate a refund.
We provide access to events and to a network of partners. We are not the operator of third-party venues and we are not responsible for what happens inside them, for their service, their safety measures or their decisions, beyond our duties as organiser at our own events.
You attend events at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct, belongings and consumption. We are not liable for personal belongings, for injury caused by your own conduct or that of third parties, or for indirect or consequential loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you in connection with the membership is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including venue closures, licence withdrawals, public health measures, strikes, extreme weather or acts of authority. Where such an event forces us to change a venue, a night or a partner, section 5 applies and there is no refund. Where it prevents the season as a whole, we refund the proportional part for the weeks not run, calculated as set out in section 5.

There are two kinds of message and they work differently.
Messages about your order. Your confirmation, your pickup details and timings, changes that affect your membership, and anything we need to tell you to deliver what you paid for. These are part of the service and we send them to every member, by email and on WhatsApp. They are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them while your membership is live, although you can always tell us which channel you prefer.
Marketing messages. Line-ups, new perks, events and anything about future seasons. These only go to people who opted in, and every one of them carries a way to stop receiving them. You can withdraw that consent at any time, by using the link in the message, replying STOP on WhatsApp, or writing to legal@dlgmember.com. Withdrawing it does not affect your membership in any way.
We share the minimum necessary with Stripe (payment processing, fraud prevention and dispute handling), our hosting and IT providers, our messaging tools and, where a specific event requires it, with the venue for access control. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Membership data is kept for the season and for the periods required afterwards by tax and commercial law, generally 6 years for billing records. Acceptance and transaction records are kept for as long as a payment dispute remains legally possible.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time, by writing to legal@dlgmember.com. Erasure does not apply to records we must keep for accounting or for defending legal claims. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and the checkout. We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time from the cookie banner. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to buy or use a membership. Full details in our cookie settings.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you keep every mandatory protection your country of residence gives you. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Official complaint forms. As a business operating in Catalonia we hold the official complaint forms (fulls oficials de queixa, reclamació i denúncia) required by Catalan consumer law. You can request them from us at any time by writing to legal@dlgmember.com, and we will send them to you.
If any clause here is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your membership is the one you accepted at purchase, which we archive with your order.
